The following Pricing Examples are for our Standard Building sizes and they should help give you a reasonable expectation of the costs for your new building. Each Pricing Example also has some common options that are associated with that particular size of building and its use so that you can customize it to meet your own needs.

It’s also good to know how the building will look so just click an option and it automatically updates the price and picture for you at the same time. We hope this helps you to visualize how your building could look but ultimately you’d be able to locate the doors and windows where they’re most useful.

Pricing Examples Qualifications
  1. Pricing Examples are applicable to job sites within our Installation Service Area.
  2. Pricing Examples are subject to change without notice. If you’d like to obtain a firm price for 30 days let us know and we’ll gladly provide you with a formal written Proposal. This may be helpful if you’re working with a lender.
  3. Pricing Examples may vary depending on your job site location. Reasons for a Price variance might include specific Building Code requirements, local taxes, licensing requirements or crew travel distances.
  4. Pricing Examples include Materials, Tax, Delivery and Labor. 
  5. Pricing Examples don’t include site preparation because each site is unique and needs it own determinations.
  6. For these Pricing Examples to be valid will require that your job site has reasonable access, adequate clearances around the structure, is hazard free and allows a safe working environment.
  7. Customer responsibilities and common additional costs to consider that are not a part of the price include, but are not limited to, the following items: removal of construction debris, cleaning of the structure, acquisition of Building Permit, gravel base, final grade around building and additional cost for a “hard dig” if rock or other debris is encountered while drilling post holes or excavating for footings.
  8. Standard payment terms are 20% deposit, 60% at Start of Framing, 20% Final Payment. On some projects such as commercial structures with interior finishes it may be necessary to use progress payments depending on how the various trades are scheduled.
